Return & Exchange Policy

You can request an exchange within 7 days from the date you received your order.

Note: Change of mind is not accepted.

To initiate an exchange, please contact our support team at: info.pezwaan@gmail.com. Our team will provide you with the return address and instructions.

Once we receive the returned item in its original condition (unworn and with tags intact), we will process your exchange.

Exchange Accepted If:

  • You received the wrong product
  • The item is damaged upon delivery
  • There is a size issue

If your required size is available, we will exchange the same product. If not, you may choose another item of the same or higher value (by paying the difference).

Refund Policy

Refunds are only offered in the following case:

  • You received a seriously damaged product then it will be Exchangeable for any other dress from our website.
  • We Don't offer Refunds on mind issues For that we offers a good exchange on our website.
  • Refund for Mind issues will be done with the deduction of 500 rupees per dress.

Important Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging.
  • Return shipping cost will be paid by the customer.

Shipping Returns

You must send the return parcel to the address provided by our support agent. We recommend using a trackable courier service.

Note: We are not responsible for any parcels lost or damaged during return shipping.
